OUR FUTURE

Kindred Kitchen is located in HopeWorks Station North at 3315 Broadway. As HopeWorks Station was being designed, budget demands forced part of the building to remain and empty shell. Since cutting the ribbon and opening in late 2019, we’ve assembled significant funding commitments from the WA State Dept of Commerce and the Employees Community Fund of Boeing Puget Sound, in addition to other private foundation support.

Construction has begun on expanding Kindred Kitchen into unfinished space on the first floor of HopeWorks Station North. Within this new space will be a larger kitchen designated specifically for our new Culinary Training Academy. When completed, this 5,000 square foot space will house a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen where our culinary arts trainees will gain the complex skills necessary to work in a high-volume kitchen while providing meals for our families, children, HopeWorks trainees, and as always, for Kindred Kitchen customers. In addition, our event space will expand our event opportunities beyond our our current offerings.
