Catering Guidelines

  • All orders will be reviewed and confirmed within 24 hours (M-F).  Delays may occur due to holidays.

  • Orders must be placed at least 48 hours (2 business days) ahead of your event date.

  • Orders over $1000 must be placed at least 5 business days ahead. 

  • Payment required before or at time of pickup. We accept all major credit cards. 

  • A 18% service charge will be added to your final bill which is paid directly to the team that produced and delivered your meal. Please inform us if you would like to include additional gratuity to support a professional staff dedicated to training youth and young adults in our community.

  • Order pick-up available  9:15am-2pm.

  • Special ingredient requests are limited to subtracting items from an existing catering menu item.  At this time, additional items cannot be added to box lunch items. Menu exceptions require manager approval.
